Feedback and complaints

Working together towards resolution

As at any school, there may be times when issues or situations arise at Mylor that could adversely affect your child’s learning and wellbeing. If that does happen, please don’t hesitate to talk to us.

As a first step, we encourage you to approach your child’s primary teacher. It’s our firm policy to act immediately on any such information received and work closely with the family or families involved to resolve the issue(s) to everyone’s satisfaction.

If you remain concerned, however, please contact our Principal. The Principal will make it a priority to meet with you to discuss the situation and will personally follow it up to reach a resolution.

In the event that you still don’t feel your concerns have been suitably addressed, you may wish to lodge a formal complaint to the Department for Education and Child Development. The documents below are designed to support you in taking that step.
